The other day I got a question to Formspring , wondering if running with music, after a long time to run without music (my mp3 did not work), my cousin finally Ale I "inherited" I can run your iPod with music: D: D: D: D
Although I confess that I've mixed other exercises into my routine of running in the heat (the heat lol xD) and swimming (in cold water very rich haha) and spinning (in a gym with a lot of air conditioner:)), but still remains the wave running and still do at least 3 times a seemana, and other days I do the rest! So here I leave a good playlist, like to run one hour + 25 minutes of heating and cooling foot.
